Nauvoo :)

My internet is being weird, and not letting me post from my normal browser, and I don't like it :( Anyway, here is another card from a woman who came across my blog(s). This is the Nauvoo temple in Nauvoo, Illinois. I love this temple. I actually got to see the old foundation of the original temple before they built this new one. Thank you Jessica De Leeuw from Layton, Utah!

Mesa, Arizona from Dede

Got this from my friend Dede Horan in Colorado. She's sent me multiple cards before through Postcrossing, and personal exchange. She found this one while sorting through cards to get ready to price, and thought I might like it. Well, she was right, this is awesome! It's a vintage card of the Mesa, Arizona temple. Kind of looks like the Temple here in Laie, Hawaii! No Moroni on the top!
THANK YOU DEDE!!!!

Here We Go :)

Today I start a new journey. A... goal, of sorts... I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, otherwise known as Mormon. And I collect postcards from all around the world. For the last three years that I have been collecting though, I've always wanted people to send me a card of the closest Mormon Temple to them, and in all this time, I have only received about 4.

So, this is the beginning of something new. Today, I ask you, reader, to please, try to find a postcard of the closest Mormon Temple to you, and send it to me. I would greatly appreciate it! My GOAL, is to get one of every single Temple that exists on the earth so far. I'll post them here as I receive them, and let you all know my progress on my collection.

This is the start of something great, I can feel it! Please spread the word! And send some postcard love!
